Clover Brito is the CEO and founder of G-Talent.Net. Before leading this platform, he worked as a Financial Auditor at Deloitte, then served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at OTEPI, an engineering firm with operations in five countries, and was Director of Business Development at a technology company in Latin America. He has also been a member of boards of directors in companies and chambers of commerce. In 2010, he founded B&G (BeGreat), where he developed the "Financial Monitor" methodology, recognized in the 2012 Entrepreneurs Program for its impact on the administrative and financial management of companies. In 2014, he created one of the first learning management systems (LMS) in Venezuela and Chile to support online business training.

In 2020, G-Talent was launched, quickly becoming the fastest-growing online learning destination in the region, a Meta success story, and recognition as the entrepreneur of the year 2023, among other regional recognitions.

His first job was carrying grocery bags in a chain of stores in Caracas while he was still in high school. At the age of 10, he founded his first business with his sister selling ice cream, and at 17 he was already importing technological equipment to sell it. These experiences marked his path as an entrepreneur.

With more than 25 years of experience in finance, technology and marketing, Clover has studies in Public Accounting and Administration, as well as a Master's degree in Finance and an MBA.
