Juan José has dedicated his career to innovation in the automotive industry, combining his solid academic background with extensive practical experience. A mechanical engineer with a master's degree in automotive engineering from the prestigious RWTH-Aachen, he has worked since 2008 in Germany, where he has contributed to the development of technology in key areas such as chassis, internal combustion engines and vehicle safety systems, including ABS and ESP.

His passion for speed and precision has led him to obtain German racing driver certification, allowing him to push vehicles to the limit on various tracks across Europe under challenging conditions such as dry, wet, snow and ice. This unique experience provides him with valuable insight into automotive design and development.

Since 2019, Juan José has also been committed to training future Black Belts in Europe, sharing his experience and knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies. In addition, he holds the Master Black Belt certification in 6-Sigma, which supports his ability to optimize processes and promote excellence in the sector.
